Return Policy
Returns happen — that's normal. But they still need to be handled in a clear way.
If something doesn't look right, we'll check it and go from there.

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted or processed.
1. When a Return Can Be Requested
For personal reasons (change of mind)
If you decide not to keep an item, you can request a return within 7 days after delivery. In this situation, the return shipping cost is your responsibility.
For product-related issues
If the item you received is damaged, defective, incorrect, or clearly not as described, you have up to 30 days from delivery to contact us. Once reviewed and confirmed, we will provide a solution based on the situation — this may be a replacement or a refund. For approved cases like this, the return shipping cost will be covered by us.
2. Condition Requirements
Returned items need to stay in a condition where they can still be checked properly. This means:
• not worn, not used, not washed
• original condition maintained
• packaging included
• suitable for resale
If an item shows signs of use or damage after delivery, it may not be eligible for return.
3. Sale Items
Items purchased on sale or with a promotional discount are generally not eligible for return. The only exception is when there is a confirmed product issue or an incorrect item was received.
4. Delivered but Not Received
If your tracking shows "delivered" but you did not receive the package, contact us within 24 hours of the delivery time.
You may be asked to provide supporting information or relevant proof so we can review the situation properly. After verification, we will arrange a solution depending on the case.
5. Special Situations
Refused shipments
If a package is refused at delivery, any refund will only be reviewed after it is returned and inspected. Original shipping costs are not refundable.
Unauthorized returns
If an item is sent back without contacting us first, it may be refused. Any resulting cost or loss will be your responsibility.
Misuse or abnormal returns
We may decline a return if there are signs of:
• excessive use
• damage after delivery
• improper handling
• inconsistent use with normal inspection
• repeated or abnormal return patterns
• suspected abuse of the policy
6. How to Start a Return
Send an email to [email protected] with:
• your order number
• a short explanation of the issue
• photos if applicable
We may ask for additional details before approving the request. Do not send items back until you receive instructions.
7. Refund Processing
Once the returned item is received and checked, any eligible refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Once everything is checked, refunds are usually processed within 3–5 business days. The time it takes for the funds to appear depends on your payment provider.
8. Return Address
We do not operate with a single fixed return address.
